For agents and brokerages

Headshots and listing graphics that match

A brokerage where every agent's headshot has a different wall behind it looks like a collection of freelancers. Put the whole roster on one background and the team page starts looking like a brand.

How it works

  1. 1

    Collect the headshots

Whatever agents already have — the background is being replaced anyway.

  2. 2

    Batch process

Cut out and fill with your brand colour or a neutral grey, consistently.

  3. 3

    Publish everywhere

Team page, listing cards, boards, brochures and social, all matching.

Where this pays off in property marketing

  • Team and agent pages where a dozen mismatched backgrounds undercut the brand.
  • Listing cards and 'just sold' social posts with the agent cut out beside the property.
  • For-sale boards and window cards, which are printed large and need full resolution.
  • Brochures where the agent portrait sits over a coloured panel and a white box would ruin it.
  • Email signatures and business cards, generated from one transparent master.

Getting a consistent roster

Consistency comes from three decisions made once: the same background, the same crop ratio, and roughly the same head size in frame. The first is what background replace gives you — a flat brand colour, a subtle studio gradient, or your own office backdrop uploaded once and reused; the other two are a resize away, and resize costs no credits.

Agents will send you photos taken years apart in different offices. That is fine — matching the background does most of the perceptual work, and matching the crop does the rest. Where lighting differs wildly, a neutral mid-grey backdrop is more forgiving than pure white.

Keep the transparent PNGs. When the brand colour changes, you re-render rather than re-collect thirty headshots.

What this is not

This is portrait and graphic work, not interior photography. Cutola does not do sky replacement, virtual staging, HDR blending or lens correction on property interiors — those are a different category of tool and it would be misleading to imply otherwise.

What it does well is anything where a person or object needs lifting off its background: agents, awards, logos, property cut-outs for a composite card.

Frequently asked questions

Can you replace the sky in a property photo?
No. Sky replacement and virtual staging are not features here. Cutola focuses on cutting a subject out of its background and putting it on a new one.
Is the output good enough for print?
Results come back at the resolution you uploaded, so it depends on your source. For boards and brochures, upload the largest original you have — and the 2x/4x upscaler can help if the original is small.
Can I do the whole team at once?
Yes, bulk mode takes up to 10 images per batch. Run a batch per group and the backgrounds will match exactly across all of them.
